Inspired By F.E.A.R.
This blog is about me and my Poems. I have been writing poems ever since I was little and until very recently I have NEVER shared them with anyone. The poems I am going to write for this blog will all follow a certain pattern which is the first letter of every word will form a new word, which in turn will create another poem. So basically there is a poem within a poem. Even the word poem is a poem to me, Power Over Everyone's Mind spells POEM. The way my poems give me power is because I am making you think about the words you are reading.
I first started writing these poems by accident. I was dreaming one night and I had visualized myself writing a poem, so I woke up and wrote that poem down. Later that day while I was at work I was thinking about the poem and at the same time was listening to one of my favourite songs which is F.E.A.R. by Ian Brown (The Stone Roses). The first letter of the lines of the song all spell the word FEAR. So as I was thinking about my poem I decided to write it like the song.
All my poems are written in one sitting, I don't think about them for long and write what is in my head at that specific time about the specific context or theme of the poem. My poems may make no sense to anybody reading them but reading them to myself helps me understand a little about the way my mind works (which is in very strange ways).
Some of my poems may cause offense and I am not going to apologize for this, if you are offended, then don't read any more, but I do hope they don't and you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.
